Warehouse & Logistics Operations

Warehouse operations,
under control.

NightOps runs the floor: staged receiving through allocation, pallet and carton labels printed at the dock, and billing that reconciles itself. Your team works from a mobile app, their inbox, or the dashboard — the numbers stay the same.

What We Do

Warehouse work runs on paper, spreadsheets, and email threads.

NightOps replaces that with one system built for how warehouses actually operate — receiving at the dock, inventory down to the carton, billing off real events, and answers you can ask for in plain English. Order and dispatch management are included for teams that move their own freight.

Receiving on Paper

Pallets land, someone writes it down, and the system finds out hours later. By then the count is a negotiation instead of a fact.

No Carton-Level Truth

You know a pallet exists. Nobody knows which box holds which product until someone opens it and looks.

Billing by Spreadsheet

Storage and handling charges rebuilt by hand each cycle, from memory and half-remembered exceptions. Revenue quietly leaks.

Orders Trapped in Email

Customers send requests as prose. Someone reads each one, interprets it, and retypes it into the system — every single time.

The Platform

One system, from the dock to the invoice

Everything here runs in production today. Nothing on this page is a promise about next quarter.

Staged Receiving to Allocation

A walked receive-and-allocate flow that issues pallet and carton IDs on the spot, with labels printable at the dock. Packing visibility goes down to which box holds which product. Proven at 900+ boxes on a single PO.

Native Warehouse Mobile App

Receiving, picking, putaway, and label printing in the hands of the people on the floor — built as a real mobile app, not a desktop screen shrunk down.

Email Intelligence

NightOps works inside your team's inbox: live inventory beside the thread, and one click turns a customer's email into a staged outbound order. It learns each customer's vocabulary over time. Operator-triggered and human-verified — it never commits an order on its own.

Event-Based Billing

Storage billed from real arrival and departure events — peak or pallet-day, prorated, with rate escalations handled. Container-true handling charges, invoices generated and delivered automatically, and edits inside a billed period raise credit or debit flags instead of slipping through.

AI-Powered Reporting

Ask for a report in plain English and get one built from your own data. Queries are schema-constrained, so answers come from what's actually in your system.

AI Operations Assistant

A chat assistant scoped to your organization's data, for the questions that would otherwise mean digging through four screens. It answers — you decide what to do about it.
